(A) Personal Requirements:
1. Earns a minimum monthly salary of $3150-$3,650
2. Have a recognized Diploma / Bachelor's degree
3. Gain relevant industrial experiences
(B) Policies Requirements:
1. Quota of foreign workers in your industry
2. Fee your employer needs to pay
Note: The average quota ranges from 10%-15% of the total number of employees in your industry.

What is E-Pass?
E-Pass allows highly skilled foreign professionals, managers and executives (PMETs) to work in Singapore.

First Time Candidates: 2 Years
Renewal: Up to 3 Years
How is E-Pass Granted?
It is granted by your employer and ICA based on the following policies & personal requirements.
(A) Personal Requirements:
1. Earns a minimum monthly salary of $5,000-$5,500
2. Have a recognized Bachelor's Degree & above
3. Specialized skillsets in in-demand industries
(B) Policies Requirements:
1. Fulfilling all the other Personal Pre-Requisite above
2. Meeting 40 Points in COMPASS Framework
Note: No Foreign Worker Levy or Quota is required under this scheme.

Can Work Permits Apply for PR?
No, Work Permit holders cannot apply for Singapore PR for 2 reasons:
(A) Temporary Work Permit Status
(B) Lower Skill Level does not meet PR criteria.
